Introduce the core principles, language, and mindset of Lean.
You will learn:

1-day interactive workshop

Anyone new to Lean or continuous improvement.
LEAN LEVEL 1
Applied Continuous Improvement
Individual Application
Purpose:
Move from awareness into hands-on improvement work.
You will learn:

6 full-day sessions over ~3 months
Includes Value Stream Mapping capstone

Facilitated Transformation
Facilitation & Leadership
Purpose:
Develop the ability to lead and facilitate improvement across teams.
You will learn:
- How to facilitate Kaizen events
- How to guide teams through resistance and change
- How to deliver measurable improvement results
Format:
19 days (136 hours) over ~4 months
Live improvement work in host organizations

John Chaput
Lean Certified Blackbelt
With over two decades of experience in Lean practices, leadership development, and organizational transformation, John has supported organizations across manufacturing, public sector, and service environments to improve performance and build sustainable capability.
John’s career spans senior operational leadership and national-level training and facilitation. He has led large teams through complex change, including serving as Operations Manager for Manitoba Land Titles (Teranet), where he led the transformation from paper-based to digital operations across multiple locations. He has also held executive and general management roles, guiding organizations through growth, redesign, and successful business transitions.
