John’s Journey
John didn’t set out to become a consultant. Early in his career, he worked inside organizations that struggled with disengaged teams, broken processes, and leaders stretched too thin. He saw the frustration, and the wasted potential. That’s when he discovered Lean thinking and continuous improvement.
As he applied these principles, something clicked: real change happens when you bring people along on the journey. Processes get better, yes, but so does trust, teamwork, and engagement. That insight shaped John’s career and eventually inspired him to launch Passionate Productivity.
